Overlock stable or what?

So i've been running my 8320 at 4Ghz on prime 95 for 2 hours, 0 errors. But my minimum voltage in hwinfo is 0.9250v and i set on 1.375v max. So it works alternating between the two. I've read this thing about LLC but im not sure wether what i've got now is good or bad? 

 

Thing is that throthling is turned off, but it still seems to do it? Or is it just a pause between tests?

The CPU will clock itself down and lower the voltage when it doesn't need to run balls to the walls.
