okay thats cool - i had it at 4.7 and at 1.46 volts(as low as it would go) and that was stable for 7 hours, is the extra voltage worth 100Mhz? 

 

Not in my opinion, if I was you I'd take it back there and run another stability test for at least 12 hours and see what happens

What are the temperatures?

You should worry more about temperatures, and I wouldn't want to run it that high, personally, but it is AMD so it might not hurt it.

48 degrees after 3 hours of AIDA64 

 

Well that seems pretty good but run it for a little longer, I'd recommend a minimum of 10-12 hours but even after 3 hours the hottest was 48 degrees to me sounds pretty good. If I was you I would try and knock the voltage down as much as you can while retaining stability.

 

I wouldn't want a CPU running at 1.49v for long periods of time but that's just me.

Well personally, I wouldn't find it worth that as at lower voltage, your chip will live longer.
