so im planning on getting a new ssd for my build but, im also planning on transfering everything from my current laptop to my wd cavier blue 500gb HDD (both are 500GB). to do this im planning on using the corsair ssd cloning kit ( http://www.corsair.com/en-ca/ssd-and-hard-disk-drive-cloning-kit ). the problem is i dont know if it will work with a 3.5 inch HDD. can anyone tell me if it will ty.

Physical size of the hard drive doesn't matter if that's what you're getting at. So long as the ssd has sufficient space it'll work.
