Hello guys,

I'm having an issue with my MSI GTX 770 Gaming OC graphics card.

When I want to install the latest drivers, using GeForce experience, it locks my computer after the first part. It start installing the driver and my screen flickers once or twice and it stops. I can move my mouse but I cannot do anything whatsoever. After 5 or 10 minutes it results in a blue screen. After the blue screen I have the latest version installed and I have no issues on games. That's the main reason I didn't care too much about it. But I would like to start using nvidia 3D vision again (I used it when I was running window 7) but I cannot find it on my system. I assume because it has not installed the software component for it.

System:

Windows 8.1

8GB 1600Mhz ram

Latest blue screen caused by: lltdio.sys (Link-layer Topology Mapper I/O Driver)

Thanks in advance!

It's a good idea to search for your specific BSOD error code and see if there's an easy fix. This can be found under Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer, then "Windows Logs", "System". There will be red exclamation marks with "error." It's also a good idea to try uninstalling/reinstalling GeForce Experience.

What i would suggest is uninstalling the driver then wiping any remnants of it from registry by using ccleaner then downloading a fresh driver and doing a clean install with that one. Also delete your already downloaded copies of drivers just to make sure you dont get them mixed up. And mak e sure you do a restart after runnung ccleaner.
