A good quality 300-400watt or even less is all you need. Go 500 wattmax if you are planning on SLI one day. Or if you are thinking of upgrading in the future, I would advice a high quality 400watt. Because: every PSU's efficiency falls drastically under 10-20% load of rated wattage. When in idle or light browsing this build will consume anywhere between 50- 100 watts maybe. That is about 10-20% load . So your efficiency will suffer under these low load scenario's. And most of the time pc's are idling or under light load, so going with a lower watt PSU will save the environment , your electrical bill and less heat.

Generally 500-600w for a midrange system is perfect providing you don't want any SLI/Xfire support later.

A 550W psu like a SeaSonic G Series SSR-550RM 550W will be able to power your system.

Your system won't draw much power, maybe 250W maximum. But that doesn't mean you should cheap out on the PSU. Get something decent, at least 550W; your system will be ready for upgrades.
