For the CPU, change it to a FX-6300. Or even a FX 8320 if your budget allows it.

And for the Power Supply get something cheaper, and it should not be more that 550 watt.

Get a cheaper case.

Can you shop at other German retailers and 700W is overkill for that rig.

You could go with this. The case sells for around 60 to 70 USD, the R9 280X is equal to a GTX 770 so it'll perform spectacularly, Seasonic's a well-known brand and it's also a semi-modular PSU, and the CPU? Well, the i5-4570 is powerful even without the ability to overclock. RAM, HDD, and mobo are just there; they're stable, workable, and will fulfill pretty much everything you'd need and want.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  (€169.63 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (€44.89 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  (€58.90 @ Caseking)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X Video Card  (€224.89 @ Pixmania DE)
Case: BitFenix Shinobi ATX Mid Tower Case  (€11.90 @ Caseking)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  (€60.00 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Total: €620.60
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

If you want to overclock for whatever reason. Then you can go with this.

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor  (€121.90 @ Caseking)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  (€34.80 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  (€86.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  (€58.90 @ Caseking)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X Video Card  (€224.89 @ Pixmania DE)
Case: BitFenix Shinobi ATX Mid Tower Case  (€11.90 @ Caseking)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  (€60.00 @ Amazon Deutschland)

Are you limited to Alternate or are you open to other German shops?

No storage?

Btw, threads like this about planning a new build or upgrade belongs in the New Builds and Planning section. --Moving the thread.

WOW thanks for all the awnsers!

First of all i am open for othere retailers :)

Storag: I already have a 2 TB HDD and an 128 GB SSD from my old PC so i am fine with that!

PSU: I want to have a PSU that is capable to support future builds ... as long as its not goining to have a bad influance i would like to ceep it! is so quiet!!

Case: I want something for the eyes ... all my PC's up to now were quiet ugly ... now i want a nice case and so i want to spent a bit on it!

@Hidden Orange: i would like to stay at AMD/ATI i got a lot of good experience with that.

@ WoodenMarker: Where can i move the topic? i'm new in that forum!

@Erik4boss & @Hidden Orange: exactly my question :)  should i use a CPU with more cores? I know about bottlenecking and stuff but i don't know how to figure out if thats the case or not ...

All in all do i need a bedder CPU for gaming or not?

And thanks for the fast awnsers!

@ WoodenMarker: Where can i move the topic? i'm new in that forum!

You need a mod to move the thread and I've already moved it.

You need leave the '@' in front of the member's name to tag them. The way you left a space between the '@' and the name doesn't work.

An other question I have is about the brands ...

how can some brands sell the same GPU for less mony? and which one schould i take?

The pricing has to do with the shops that are selling the cards and not the manufacturers. The manufacturers generally don't sell the graphics cards themselves.

What's the system being used for?

To the GPU again ... can't the manufactures change the chip settings?

They can clock it higher from the factory but higher oc's are not always guaranteed for all cards which is generally not worth the trouble/money.

Ok thanks for that hints!

@WoodenMarker The PC will be used for gaming (at home and on LAN partys). But for sure i will do some homeworks etc ...

How's this look instead? http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/rjkhmG

You could get a windowed version of the case if you'd like: http://www.amazon.de/Corsair-Carbide-Midi-Tower-PC-Geh%C3%A4use-micro-ATX/dp/B00FM5JMWA/ref=sr_1_14?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1404376113&sr=1-14&keywords=case+window
