in the right button

Those two pins just above your front panel connectors are the CMOS jumper. If you connect them using something conductive, for example, a key or a screwdriver, it will reset all of your BIOS settings. This will disable your overclock allowing you to successfully boot your PC

just did a overclock on cpu and i did clock it to 4,3 and turnes the ram Down to 800 and now the screen Freeze at every boot up, stay at bios screen and can't do anything

Depending on the motherboard, there might be a CMOS jumper. Turn the PC off, take the jumper off and jump the other pin, and then put it back.
