Hi da_shack, if you're looking for a high-performance gaming machine of your dreams, I would strongly recommend you the Western Digital (WD) Black² dual drive.

With a generous 1 TB capacity hard drive, WD Black² also features a fully accessible 120 GB solid-state drive. It allows you to place your OS and favorite game software directly on the SSD which results in faster boot times and smoother game play while still having separate storage capacity available for your work and personal files. The WD Black² dual drive offers a lower cost-per-gigabyte advantage over the solid-state competition.

Furthermore, if the hard drive has experienced mechanical/premature failure, it's covered by limited warranty for 5 years.

I hope you will find this information useful. Cheers.
