Probably on the last day, if not you might wanna go check out Kinguin, atm the GOTY edition is 10 euros there.

I would buy it, but all the money that I can spend is in my Steam wallet...

It will probably will get on sale again, they maybe throw it on sale during the autumn sale because the new borderlands is already released then.
