Ultimate I think? Someone else say the difference please

you can tell by pressing window key + R and then type CMD this will bring you to a command line type WMIC then os and that will tell what os you have

if you have lower processor then professional then ultimate if you have an i5 and i7

i ran mine with an overclock on windows 8.1 and it ran like a champ

It actually won't make any difference performance wise. Look at the feature set and decide if you need the extra features offered by going with Ultimate.

 

Unless you are planning on running bitlocker.

Home Premium would be just fine unless you need extra languages or virtual machines.
