Building gaming video editing rig... No water cooling such case is better?

I would choose 450D because I like the look of the open fan grill, giving better airflow as well. Also the SSD spring loaded mounts are behind the m/b tray. I like that. :)

Plus ATX means more PCI-e expansion.

I like my 450D and it has better airflow but the 350D is very popular

If you're doing SLI/Xfire in the future, 450D because of the much better airflow. If not the 350D would be fine.

Because 450D and 350D aren't compareable.

And you have to get lucky that your one isn't broken on arrival.

well, the 350D is pretty big for mATX case though, so i suggest you look at 750D, fractal design define r4 or nzxt h440. no point getting 350D, its not that much smaller than the atx case.

but its so sexy.........

Its all looks these days

Nahh, I've seen it but something just wasn't right about it, it certainly too big to put it on the table, it is pretty thin and tall, bland bezel. for me I think the 750D, 900D, r4, arc mini r2, h440 are better to buy but it's your choice. different people has different taste
