New GPU

Hey I got a Dell XPS with a I7 4770 and a GT 635 and i am looking to get rid of that awful joke of a GPU. I have about a 450ish dollar budget but, if necessary I can go higher. My main choice at the moment is a GTX 770 and a 600w PSU. The real question though is should i wait for the 870?

-Thanks

Is this budget for just the GPU and PSU?

Is the 450$ budget for both the PSU and GPU or just GPU?

You can get a refurbished EVGA GTX 780 w/ACX Cooler from Newegg for $440.

Picked up one over a week ago and runs flawlessly.

That may be a option. Thanks for that. (i do need a psu too so that is a little high in price.) I am looking for the sexy Nvidia Cooler too. ;)

There are plenty of PSU's that run great that don't break the bank: Look at the XFX Core Edition Pro 650W
