Reputable companies are Corsair, G Skill, Kingston, Crucial and A-Data. Make sure you get dual or quad channel depending on your mobo. For LGA1150 you could get a G Skill 2 x 4GB 8 Kit CL9 1866 Mhz and call it a day. @Ace307

Pretty much most brands are good, Crucial, Ballistix, Intel, Kingston, Corsair... all good. Last few builds have been Corsair, but also like kingston and intel...

you only need high clock for apu's or workstation pc's, other than that anything above 1600mhz is good. I'd stay away from the unknown brand, so go with known brands such as:
-g.skill
-corsair
-hyper x

-Kingston

That's what i havee been looking at just wanted to get input on the companys and if they were worth the money

In the end, all ram is the same, just different asthetics and warranty's.
