Hey guys,

I've had my Logitech G710+ only for a couple of months but one of the key caps (esc) has become pretty loose.

If I press it all the way down and let it pop up a couple of times it pops all the way off.

I woudn't have a problem but it does from time to time just spontaniously pop off and it's really annoying to go keycap hunting on my desk!

Do you guys have any quick tips on how to get it to stick better to the switch again?

I thought about using glue but yeah.. I want to be able to take the cap off some day :)

It's either the keycap or the switch stem. Try another keycap from the same row and see if it still happens. If it doesn't just get a new keycaps for $3 or so. If it happens with 2 or 3 different keycaps, it's probably the switch stem and you should try to get an RMA if still under warranty. Otherwise, you might need to open it and replace the switch.

Check the keycap to see if it is cracked as my crtl key cracked and after a few presses on it it would fall off. I just took the right crtl key which I don't use and switched it with the left crtl key. :) I tried wrapping the keycap stem around with tape to make it stay in the switch better but it still falls off.

Tried with another cap and it sticks just fine. The looseness of the esc cap is probably my own fault. This is my first mechanical keyboard, I was excited and liked the fact that the caps can be pulled off relatively easy.. :D Got any tips where to find single keycaps?

Check to see if there is a crack in the stem of the key as that would be my best guess. If that is the case take a picture of it and RMA the board.
