Honestly I wouldn't consider ~30 mbit/s slow, but no it's definitely not 100 mbit/s.

megabyte =/= megabit. 1megabyte = 8 megabit. 4000KB is 4 megaBYTE, 30Mb is 30 megaBIT = slightly less than 4 megabyte. He's lucky compared to me, where I live 7Mb/s is considered fast.

well clearly he is lucky compared to me if he gets 30mbps down i only get 16mbps down which is like 1mb down and that is considered fast here but i will be getting 100mbps down soon

yea but in real world i get like 1mb maybe 1.7mb if im lucky but i get 2.5mb on like origin and steam dont think thats very accurate tho.

if u want ur full speed in "real world"

use a download manager like "IDM" etc
