Screen Problem

I recently bought a new laptop with win8. When I use Blender (3d modeling) these black blocks flicker on the screen. This problem only happens in blender. Yes, I have the latest drivers and all that. I wonder if it's a bugged GPU. Help please. It makes work very irritating.[ATTACH=CONFIG]n1501[/ATTACH]

Yes, that's probably the GPU, try getting a new one in the store
