About to sell camera equipment, don't know at what price

I have a Nikon d7000 bought last June, and it has just under 12000 shutter actuations. It hasn't any scratches or damages, and has never been dropped. Around how much is it worth?    

      

I have a Nikon DX 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G that was bought with the camera.   It has a few small micro scratches  on the front that I haven't been able to detect in any pictures. Is there any way/should I try and get them off? The lens is in like-new condition otherwise. No damage, and hasn't been dropped. Around how much is it worth?    

      

I have a Tokina 11-16 F/2.8 PRO DX that was bought last August.  It has one barely noticeable micro scratch on the front haven't been able to see it. Same question as for the other lens. It's also in like-new condition otherwise. Now damage, has never been dropped. Around how much is it worth?

18-105 is pretty bad lens afaik so not much for that. the tokina about 80% of the new if it looks like new. the body not that much but i would say about as much as a new d5100 costs, maybe closer to d5200.

As to your question, I'd say 700-800. You can get that new for under $1000
