What is the best tube size in your opinion? 

1/2" ID - 3/4" OD Primochill LRT.

Depends on the build really, you don't want to use skinny tubing in a 900D or fat tubing in a 250D :D

I understand, I plan to use hard acrylic tubing.

With hard tubing I personally think thin tubes look the best, but with hard tubing it really doesn't matter, it's all opinion on what you think looks best.
