I think that the layout is worse, personally, but that the responsiveness is better.

I've never actually been to the site before, but it looks pretty nice. I wish I loved near a Microcenter...

I like it a lot more. It looks far more professional and trust worthy to new buyers. The layout could use a bit of work though...

I think it looks better personally but it does look like it is a template which is embarassing and there is so much stuff missing now that i can't even use their website anymore.
