Need help planning

So I just need a basic idea of how much it would cost to make a build that will run games at average and not be slow im not going to be playing games like farcry or anything super heavy some of the games I will plan to play are dark souls and league of legends. Right now I have a computer from 2005 and it is starting to get old. Also I would prefer a quieter build but if that is too much to ask then im fine with the noise of the fans
