Which build would you take ? I mainly will playing games and do a little bit of video-editing with the Pc.
 
1.
CPU: i7 4790k
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Hero 
GPU: EVGA Gtx 780 ti Superclocked w/ acx
Ram: 8GB Corsair Vengeance 
Cpu-Cooler: bequiet! Dark rock pro 3
Psu: bequiet! 580W 80+Gold Modular
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
SSD: Crucial 120GB
Case: Corsair Obsidian 450d
 
2.
CPU: i5 4690k
Motherboard: Msi z97 Gaming 5
GPU: Galaxy Gtx780 HOF
Ram: same
Cpu-cooler: same
PSU: same
HDD: same
SSD: same
Case: same
 

I know the 1. has more power, but the 2. one is way cheaper!

If you're just mainly playing games then you should go with the second build.

If a 290x is cheaper where you live, I suggest the second build but with a 290x, you'll have the performance of the GPU from the first build, for the cost of the second build.

Can I play Games on Ultra with the second system as long (years) as with the first system ?
