Well, you're never going to have a quiet PC unless you

  • Don't have a GPU. GPU's (while under load) are easily the loudest thing in a PC assuming you have a decent CPU cooler.
  • Water cool

As for the red and black theme, I'd add a Asus GTX 780 instead of the reference one that you linked.

No point in getting an i7 over an i5 for gaming. No aftermarket cooling?

Why such fast ram or 16GB ram? 8GB is plenty for gaming. 

Are you planning to sli?

I said I am wanting to get air cooling and I have no idea what to get. Im taking the i7 because later on games can need the extra cores/threads. And no sli, 16gb was only a little bit more expensive.

By the time the extra cores/threads would be needed, the i7 would already be outdated. 

16GB is only a bit more expensive because you're looking at overly expensive 8Gb kits.
