Currently my eyes are on:

CM Storm Quickfire Rapid-i

CM Storm Quickfire TK

Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition

 

Prefer Cherry MX Brown

@OP if you want backlight I'd recommend either the Ducky Shine 3 tkl, CM Storm Rapid i or Max Keyboard Blackbird.
