BF4 freezing my PC ?

So as the title says , BF4 has been freezing my pc every time i try and play it , it freezes as it shows the deploy area of the game and i have to do a hard shutdown ( which i dont like doing ) 

 

anyone know anything about it ? is it related to the punkbuster thingy ? can i do anything to fix it , ive already re-installed the game but didnt work

go to your documents folder and delete the bf4 folder...it just deletes your saved preferences. ..should be good after that
