I don't think that case is available in Australia ( I'm guessing that's where you are ) and even if it was, it'll use up a quarter of your budget.

ok the games that I would want to play are far cry 3 and bf4 and other games like that but the setting do NOT need to be at max. office work would be Microsoft word and other programs like that. the video rendering that I would be doing is adobe Photoshop and the other adobe programs. for the rendering I would like to render some video because I would like to get into some YouTube. an lastly the case would not be included in the overall budget. I hop this helped you out with clarifying what I would like the PC to do.
