Is this a Decent build?

Ok, then I kind of would like to buy the SSD at the start though, save the trouble of formating, but I did see that PC Themes has bundle offers, now there are some good options I could choose, so maybe I could get one of those and a better gpu and keep the SSD

their bundles are usually quite worth but it all depends if they have the parts you want.

just save up as much as you can till the day you want to buy. then spend a couple of days looking at their price lists and stuff before finalizing.

But then I would need to format the HDD then?

Edit: Also this motherboard seems to only come with 2, but I have 3 sata devices

So does that mean I could use the Pre-Built PCs CPU cooler? Since it is coolermaster and looks a bit more beefy.

Edit: Also I will be doing alot of rendering over night so it will be in intensive load

Not sure what motherboard you are asking about. The ASRock H7M Pro4 has 6 SATA III (6 Gb/s) ports.

You should be able to use the older cooler if it is on an LGA 1155 motherboard. You will need to get some thermal paste, as well as isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and cotton swabs/pads to clean off the old paste on the cooler's contact plate (some stores carry a thermal paste removal kit which could be used instead).

If the gpu is being used to accelerate rendering then cpu load may not be as high as one might expect. On the other hand if the cpu is being used for rendering you should go with a better than stock cooler.

I will use the CPU for rendering, hence why I was looking at an after marketcooler

Edit: And I was asking because on websites they only show it has 2 sata cables, I know it has 6 ports

The number of SATA cables in the box may vary depending on where it is sold. Check with your retailer to know if you need to buy extra cables.

Ok, I will check with the Store, but are you sure that the Optical Drive does not come with one? Because on new egg they show it comes with one

Again, check with the merchant. Many optical drives are sold as OEM models which do not usually include cables. Retail packages often will include a data cable.

Ok ok, but what if they do not sell seperate Sata Cables? I have some old sata cables that came with a Pre-built PC that was socket 775, will there work if I really am not able to find Sata cables locally? Because I do use the Optical Drive alot since I use software that requires it and most of my games I buy are physical, but worse comes to worse I can buy an external one I guess

As long as the old cables are in decent condition they should be fine, especially to connect an optical drive. http://www.maximumpc.com/article/features/your_sata_cable_slowing_down_your_data_transfers_max_pc_investigates

Look under accessories to find SATA data cables. They are generally available in different lengths with straight connectors or one elbow connector. I would be quite surprised if a merchant selling oem hdd and optical drives did not also offer SATA data cables.

Ok, I may found a way around buying more sata cables. If I install a game on the C drive, then after installation I un-install it and then use Uplay or Origin and then re-install it on the D drive without the CDs, does that work?

In the Accessories section of the third link in your OP you will see two Silverstone SATA, cables 500mm and 300mm if I recall correctly. I believe the cost is 12.

You can do that with a 260x @ 1080p. It's a re branded 7850.

I am pretty sure the 270 is a rebrand 7850. The 260X is a 7790.

270 = 7850

270x = 7870

280 = 7950

280x = 7970

That can't be right, it should be

R7 250=7750

R7 250X=7770

R7 260=7790

Check out the table at the bottom of the link. I would say the 260x has more in common with the 7790 than a 7850.
