Usual breakfast is one BIG bowl of hot oatmeal, three boiled eggs, and sometimes a fruit smoothie/milkshake.

whatever is in the fridge that isn't raw...

if there is nothing, I usually dont eat, wayyyy to lazy in the morning

I can say most of the time I eat eggs as breakfast.

 

I don't even lift anymore, but eggs are goooood for you, even the yolk. The cholesterol content is myth, it's actually very good for you.

I don't eat breakfast, I eat my first meal of the day around 1pm. 

How do you do that? 0_0

 

First thing I crave when I wake up or 15 minutes after waking up is fooood.

 

Usually because my mouth is very dry and will stay dry until I eat, water only helps for a minute. And because I am hungry.

I'm just not hungry when I wake up. I've eaten the night before, at around 7-10 ish, then I sleep at 2am, wake up and head to work, then just eat lunch.

I eat all day (and night). :D  But idk, guess everybody is different.

Funny how many don't, I'm not surprised though. The only time I eat breakfast is when I wake up before 11:59am; Or at my parents place where mom wakes me up to eat. So yeah.. :)

i only eat if i wake up half an hour before i need to xD oh or during the summer when i wake up at noon :D but then i guess im eating lunch

Big bowl of rolled oats with honey.  Your breakfast needs to be huge, just having a slice of fruit is not sufficient. 

 

If you say "I'm trying to lose weight so I will eat a slice of fruit".  It doesn't work that way, you need sufficient regular meals throughout the day.
