You probably could, but you would want it to be metal. Not a whole lot of consumer grade 3d printers that can print in metal, so it can be done, but you probably couldn't do it.

In order to dissipate heat efficiently it needs to be heat conductive IE not plastic.

there are metal printers out there, but they are very uncommon and expensive, so OP will probably not have acces to those
