They are both corsair products so I assume they would work. But I have heard that the h105 is too thick for the 450d. So I wanna hear from someone who has messed with it. Is the h105 to thick to mount without mods? Could I still be able to fit a 25mm thick exhaust fan?

Yeah I get that but I have seen pics of people making it fit. So I just want to make sure

Yeah I have seen that build I'm just curious if he had to mod the case at all for meat cable management or to get some of the connections to fit around the rad

It'l fit without any mods. The h105 is a 240mm rad and the 450D fits both 360mm and 280mm rads.

I have read the spec sheet. What in asking is, is the rad plus the fans so thick that it will interfere with ram clearance? And will I still be able to fit a 120mm exhaust.

You have enough clearance for a push config without any problems for either the exhaust or the ram . I Don't think you can do push-pull tho . Other than that everything should fit great .

Forgot to suggest this earlier . If you get a mobo with some extra thick heatsinks or something like that you could go to your tech shop and ask them to try the cooler out before buying it .

The radiator is thicker than most similar products.  I can't remember the exact detentions but unless there is a good amount of clearance between the motherboard/cpu power cable/ram and the bottom of the rad, it won't fit.  I actually have a h105 in my build and it is a lot thicker.  From what i can tell by looking at some pictures on google images, i don't think the h105 will fit because of its increased rad thickness.

Before I said that it will fit I actually taught about it (didn't want to give bad advice) and searched for some builds and found two different builds with the H105 and 450D (linked bellow). I also understand that the rad is thicker (38mm) and he can have problems with mobos that have larger heatsinks (like yours) . That's why I suggested that he actually go to his shop and ask to try the cooler out before buying it .
