Dell U2414h surround?

Hello is there any way for me to connect three monitors to a single gigabyte r9 280x. the monitors are the Dell U2414h's

Use a dual or single link for one montior.
Use a dual or single-link DVI for the other one

Use an ACTIVE DisplayPort to DVI adapter for the last one.

Just use adapters, it shouldn't be hard. Once all of them are connected just setup eyefinity on your driver and you're done.

but the dell doesn't hyave dvi and the gpu only haves two minidp and one hdmi and one dvi

Then use HDMI on one, mini dp on the other and use a DVI to HDMI adpater for the last one.

Why can't you just daisychain DP them all...? He has DP 1.2. I have all of mine running off one DP output from my 670.

You use the three DP to MiniDP cables that the monitors come with. Your GPU only needs one DP out. You have to enable DP 1.2 in the monitor settings BEFORE it will work, otherwise it will just clone screens.

doesn't the monitor come with minidp to dp adapters and not dp to minidp. but will it still work if i use the adapters that come in the box?

It comes with a DP > Mini DP cable.  The monitors all have a Mini DP Input, and all of them and your graphics card have a full-size DP output, so all you will need are the included cables.

you said that it comes with dp to minidp but the picture you've shown me says that it comes with a minidp to dp adapter, is it the same and does it work both ways?. and btw my GPU doesn't have a fullsize dp

No clue what picture you're referencing, but it's a DP to MiniDP cable on every monitor they've shipped me so far.

A mini DP to DP cable is the same as a DP to mini DP cable. All you have to do is get the mini DP to DP cables from the boxes that your monitor came with, and daisy chain them.
