Ultra Wide Monitors

Hey guys I was in the market for a new monitor, I was thinking about getting an ultra wide display monitor just because I love the way they look as well as the productivity they can provide you with.  

Some of the monitors I was looking at are:

-LG 34UM65 

-Asus MX299Q

-Asus PB298Q

-AOC Q2963PM

 

I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out with picking one. I am willing to spend around $500.

PS: I do plan on getting another one of whichever monitor I choose later on.

If i had to choose i would get the Asus because it has an adjustable stand.

Thats true but most of these monitors have a vasa mount on the back.

Go for the Asus PB298Q just cause of the stand it really makes a big difference in monitors IMO, Also why not the Dell U2913WM? It has a good stand and Dells warranty is really good.

I don't want to go with the dell simply because i will be using this for gaming as well as work so with the 8 millisecond response time I believe ghosting would be an issue.

Are you going to mount the monitor or are you going to use the monitorstand itself.
If you are using the stand then the Asus PB298Q would be the best choice.
