Limelight streaming VS Nvidia Shield streaming

Can someone tell me the difference in lag between streaming on the shield and to an android phone with limelight?

Apparently Limelight is a reverse engineered version of the Shield's streaming solution.

 

I would embed Linus' video on Steam streaming vs. Shield streaming vs. Limelight streaming but I couldn't find it. It's from a few months ago.
