Bad frame rate issues in CS:GO

I noticed a similar thread complaining about fps issues so I am wondering if this was just a bad patch released last week. Anyway my framerate used to be a solid 300+ but now it fluctuates from 50-120 which is pretty unacceptable for me.

 

Tried overclocking GPU (from my underclock so really putting it back at stock) and it had no effect which is pretty standard considering how CPU bound the game is. Last time I had framerate issues it was because the CPU was throttling due to a malfunctioning temp sensior due to a bad cooler mount. This is of course ruled out so I have no idea what else could be causing this. Checked task manager and saw nothing out of the ordinary. Any thoughts?

 

EDIT: Did a re install of my GPU drivers, no dice.

Yeah its just a bad patch people have been talking about it ingame alot

I have no issues but then again I only play one server.

. Theres 32 people max at one time and I dont have any lagging anywhere.
