im building a new setup and hopefully wont need to renew  everything. i have 500$ to upgrade somethings/something i just need to know what is better to spend money on since my pc is old and i cant buy everything.

New GPU, PSU and a cooler would be my suggestion.

If I were you, I would get a GTX 780/R9 290 and a new 600W+ PSU.

A GPU and CPU heatsink if yours is crap as those are the only useful upgrades besides a quality PSU as the 2500K is the same as a 4690K at gaming. What's your budget and location?

new GPU, GTX 770/780, 280X/290, New Cooler, Noctua NH-D14, Artic cooling freezer, Antec 1250, than a new CPU and Mobo combo just to saty up to date cause that's like generations behind

Added. Not sure what the prices are like in your country, but the main priority is the GPU. If your PSU isn't sufficient, make some room for a new one.

Krona or USD if it's Krona that's ~$75 USD at which point you should try selling your 460 then get a budget GPU like the 750ti or R7 265.
