Disabling Intel GPU provide any benefit?

Go to solution Solved by MagickalMan,

You could use Virtu MVP and get a few extra FPS in some games, or you could attach a cheap LCD to the integrated adapter and use it for showing PC meters, controls, and gadgets. I picked up a refurbed AOC 19" touchscreen for $100, mounted it above my main display with a VESA arm, and use it for that. It works great!

Otherwise, just turn it off in the BIOS, it's one less thing to draw power and produce heat, even when it's not actively in use.

It's disabled once you plug in a PCI GPU if I'm not wrong.
