raid 0 intel or samsung?

so yeah, ill pick up a pair of SSDs this summer and i will run them on raid 0. my choices are either: samsung 840 evo 250GB or intel 730 series 240 GB each. the intel SSDs are more expensive for ~15 each.
thank you in advance

ALSO, i mean 840 PRO samsung SSDs, not EVO. Typos are bad

Well then you could just get Evos.

i want as much reliablity as possible.... raid 0+writing a lot on SSDs doesnt fit with 840 EVO, does it?

Well if you want the extra reliability then go for the Intel. Evos are very reliable though, many people use them in RAID configs.

I've had 2x Intel 520 120GB in RAID0 for almost 2 years now. Never had a problem with them and they're super quick.

In saying that I also have an 840 Pro 256GB but not in any raid config, I haven't had a problem with that either.

Intel have a great track record for reliability, but I haven't heard of a Samsung 840 Pro failing yet. Either will be fantastic.

I have also had 2 520s in raid0 for about 2 years now, zero problems here.
