Definitely. AMD CPU's run hotter than Intel's do and their stock cooler is the worst. If you want easy to install I'd go with the Noctua NH-D14 or NH-D15. They both use the best mounting hardware in on the market SecuFirm something I think it's called.

The CM Hyper 212 Evo is just as easy to install as a factory heat sink. Same process. I recommend the 212 Evo as well after my extremely positive performance of mine.

yes, really really easy you shouldnt have any problems

why would you tell someone to spend more on their CPU cooler than their CPU.....
