Waterblock for the 280x?

I've tried searching the web already but maybe some of you can help me out. I have a Sapphire 280x OC Edition. I want to mount a waterblock to it but, unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any waterblocks for the version that I have. Does anyone know of any waterblock for my card? Or any mod i can do to any existing waterblock (probably for like a 7950 or 7970?)? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
