Gamecube conecting?

Hi,

 

I recently bought an gamecube for 35euro with all cables two controllers memory card and 4 games.

The problem is that the only way to connect the gamecube to a screen is via a RCA-Cable with a red, white an yellow conector.
I have a RCA, red; white; yellow, to scart adapter but my monitor only has a VGA, DVI and HDMI input.
 

So my question is,
is there a way to get an RCA (red, white, yellow) or SCART to either VGA, DVI or HDMI?

I found this one but is has a red, light green and blue conector instead of red, white and yellow.

so will it work?

No it will not work that is a component input and will do nothing at all.
You are able to convert RCA to HDMI etc. but it needs certain kit, the ebay link given should work however.

There is no such thing as a cable that does this a converter box will be needed. Some cables may apear to do what you want but often they will not a box is 100% needed as the Red, White and Yellow cables are analogue and must be converted to digital.

The signal is different from any of the standard PC connections, so you will need an active converter box.
