Do any of you guys know if the design r4 can fit a corsair h100i and the z97 sabertooth motherboard?

240 in the top/front; 280 in the front

Sure it can, the R4 is a Mid Tower meaning it fits Full ATX Mobo's and Dual Rads and the Z97 Sabertooth is ATX, the H100i is Dual Rad, Guess what, it can fit em both

Yes, absolutely. Sabertooth is a fine board.
