Should I buy it and then sell all the parts individually on ebay??? Would I make and profit? I talked him down on the price to 1,000$$$

I would not advice you to do so, the max amount of money you might get out for the 280X's.. is 400.00 (if you are very lucky)

 

and the other parts like processor, rams and MB... waste

 

don't buy it

 

I buy stuff from craigslist all the time, this one is not a good deal...

The time, effort and hassle would be staggering for little returns. It is best to ignore it. If you plan on building something for yourself just do that.

A single R9 280x costs fucking $500 here(but not second hand,I guess that lowers the price,but not by $300!)
