Need he;p with friend's gamin PC build (Bugget SGD $950)

okry i've tried to build afew pcs but they were all above $1000++

I've never tried to build a PC at this budget.

His family isn't really that rich and i need to get him a decent gaming PC as a birthday present  the whole class collected a total of SGD $955

and i'm still a noobish builder. I have to pricelist to pick parts from  so whomever can help thank you

PS ; the build has to be M-ITX

seeing his bedroom is so small i think a smaller build would be better

including monitor/keyboard/mouse/windows?

Also I cant do MItx, M-Itx stuff tend to cost higher than ATX, so I go with ATX since there's a bundle = cheaper and it's not so big anyway

Without those things included, I think this is about the best I could do. If those things are included as well, you will probably have to go with an APU build, and I really cant help you with that.

i got an old adder mouse and steel series keeyboard i'll probably give him

 

I really wamt to give him a smaller chasis but if really can't i  think the smallest is a mid tower
