Cases Like the Define R4?

I currently have one in black and I love it, however I'll be building a new PC soon (http://pcpartpicker.com/user/speedx77/saved/LNx2FT). The general color scheme is blue, with some noctua brown. I choose the Fractal in white but it really doesn't match the rest of my black setup, so any suggestions of a black mid tower similar to the Define R4? Has to have a window btw.

The only thing is all of my setup is black, my monitors, my keyboard, mouse, TV, PS3, PS4, PS2, so wouldn't a white case just stick out.

u can do same for a black case too...i too have everything black so i went with phantom 410 black and blue led...looks awesome...with led actually u can give different interior lighting according to ur mood if u get a rgb led strip like nzxt hue...

What's so special about the r4? I don't get why so many people like them I think they're so bland... Is it the build quality?

have you looked at nanoxia cases? They're very similar to the Define R4.. Pretty sure the Deep Silence 5 is the same size as the R4 http://www.nanoxia-world.com/product/1/62/Deep+Silence+5+Window

OP, I was in the same situation as you, had an R4 and Define Mini and wanted something different... went with the H440 and love it.

 

 

What's so special about the r4? I don't get why so many people like them I think they're so bland... Is it the build quality?

 

Bland is better than flashy to quite a large amount of people, especially professionals who would like a nice computer. If I walked into an IT guys office and he had a HAF Stacker I would probably start laughing.

I understand in a work environment you want professional not flashy but I feel if you're in an IT department they would probably get you dell's or hps the computer wouldn't be custom madr

Eh, it was the best example I could think of at the time lol.

 

For me personally I have people come over into my "office" area of my shop and wouldn't want them to see some crazy contraption so the R4 was perfect. H440 is even stretching it a bit in my opinion. 

 

Also, no way my wife would allow a flashy case to be seen inside of "her" house. Went with the FT03 Mini and she likes that one.
