Moving my system?

So I currently have my "gaming" setup in my room, but there is an office in my house that no one uses. My dad works away from home and my mum isn't into tech, the office is pretty much used to store things in really, except my NAS and router are in there along with my printer. Anyway I'm deciding on whether to move my whole setup excluding my current desk into the office.

 

So this is my current setup:

 

# = This is where my plug sockets are.

# = This my heater/radiator.

# = That is my window just to the left of my monitor.

 

As you can see it's probably not the best idea to have my desk right up against my radiator and PC just above it. The reason why I want to is because of the light that comes in my window puts a strain on my eyes and the space on my desk just isn't big enough. Compared to my other one that is permanently built to the wall in the office. (I'll update with pics tomorrow) Is it worth cleaning out my office getting the desk setup and stuff. I usually game late into the night and the office is closer to my mothers room that where my PC is situated now. 

 

Question: Is it worth me doing it for all these things?

 

And the "desk" that I have in my room just now isn't even a desk it's a bloody dressing table. The one i have in the office is a proper desk.

My office isn't huge, it's actually rather small mainly because of the desk. There's also a radiator in the office but more closer to the door than my pc and desk. The window is hard to access because it's on the roof, so opening the window isn't an option when I'm hot and sweaty playing bf.

I wouldn't say it is 'really' uncomfortable. But there is a lot of room for my arms to move about on the desk.
