Did you put on thermal compound correctly? reseat the CPU block. Why are you watercooling such a low end CPU?

Competely uninstall and reinstall all the AMD stuff using AMD Drive Utility

Is everything at stock settings?

OS and system drivers installed correctly?

Generally if it's getting too hot even with fans cranked up, etc, it means you probably seated the cooler incorrectly. Either try to reseat it correctly, or put on the stock cooler for now as you troubleshoot other stuff.

thanks but when i called cyberpower they said dont touch the cpu because of the watercooling

Just unscrew the CPU waterblock and reapply the thermal paste.

is it that easy?

What's your watercooling setup like? Is it an All In One cooler like the Corsair h100i? Then yeah it's that easy.

Btw, get your ego checked out. He's not mocking you at all. Those are pretty standard questions because you didn't give enough information.

Oh alright.

asetek something

All the coolers I checked from them look like the Corsair H55, so removing them shouldn't be too hard.

k so what i see is a cylinder covering the cpu and from that is two tubes connecting to a box on the back of the case

Yeah that cylinder is the waterblock. Just unscrew the screws beside them in a cross pattern. Since I've never owned an H55 or your specific watercooler, I can't really give you a step by step procedure. I normally do things by ear anyhow. Some key things that's universal to all coolers is that cross pattern I just mentioned and when you remove the cooler, twist while pulling it out of the CPU instead of just pulling. The thermal paste normally has a pretty strong grip on the cooler so if you just pull it, you might just yank out the whole CPU along with its cooler.

OH I JUST REALIZED THAT YOU DIDN'T BUILD THIS COMPUTER. IN THAT CASE BEFORE YOU START, BUY CPU THERMAL PASTE TO REPLACE IT (and rubbing alcohol if you don't have one).
