Hi,

I'm looking to my a mechanical keyboard, this would however have to be a mac layout. I do want it to be a mac layout rather than the standard layout as it is for my mother, therefore i dont think she would be able to get to grips with pressing different keys to what she currently does. Thanks for your help.

I believe there is literally only the Matias Tactile Pro

Nobody really makes mechanical Apple keyboards, though you can use windows keyboards. , windows key = option and alt = command

Only other option is to get a mechanical keyboard and get custom keycaps made

You can make your own caps here $7.50 each so you could by any cherry mx board and get a few custom caps made with the apple keys on

But you also just could use pretty much any Windows Keyboard and if you want all the functions, you'd only need some tweaks http://www.cultofmac.com/271485/hacking-filcos-tenkeyless-majestouch-2-work-mac-review/
