Graphic card or cpu

Hi my name is joshua and I'm 13 year old and I wanna know should I buy a graphic card or a new CPU. I'm currently using a "recycled computer" made out of various part it's has mid tower case, asus motherboard with nvidia GeForce 406, 3.50gb or ram, Amd Athlon 64x2 3800+, windows home premium 64 bit, wifi card 150mbps, WD 180gb black. If I have to buy a graphic card might as well buy a psu for it.

Well it depends on what you are doing, if you are gaming or video editing then go with graphics card. If you are doing anything else I would go with the cpu since it will make multitasking better and improve speed a lot

You will really end up wanting to replace "all of the above" at some point. So, I would reccommend getting a part that can transfer over to a new system: a new Video Card.
