My parents watch HD dramas (not porn  ) and my Radeon HD 5450 is starting to lag bit. It would freeze for a split second but a human eye can easily catch that. My rig is in the sig. What would be a good upgrade? I don't know if a used GTX 460 for a cheap price is a good idea. Fermi architecture eats up electricity and I know I'm gonna hafta upgrade my power supply. I want to keep everything as low as possible.

Also, the gfx has to be PCIe x16 2.0.

gt 630? gt 610 even...The 460 would do good. Also integrated graphics maybe? I'm a noob at this so don't take these too seriously.

The i5 750 has no integrated graphics. I should've went with the 650, it's dual core hyperthreaded, but the graphics are better than the 5450.

It doesn't have to be 2.0. PCIe Gen 3 and Gen 2 are the same thing, with different bandwidth caps.

The new GT 740?

Streaming video should be the easiest task your can do on a GPU it should not be lagging unless you are doing more then just rendering video.
