Simple question are people still using Samsung s3?

i planning to buy it :)

I am sure some people are if they have not upgraded since

But I wouldn't buy one at this moment in time its a waste of money investing in old tech unless you can get a very good price on it

Even a cheap phone like the Moto G beats the S3 these days.

Maybe it doesn't blow it out the water in all areas (CPU lacking a little), but for the price it is quite comparable

It depends what price you can get an S3 for. The Moto G has a high res display better battery life and on bar build quality yet is cheaper (somebody had it in hot deals for $50)

The S3 has a slightly faster CPU and a slightly better camera but on amazin it is $300 which seems a lot for an ageing phone

I just thing its a lot to spend on something 2 years old

The displays are similar. Both HD,just that the Samsung uses AMOLED.

Build quality is indeed similar.

The S3 has a bigger screen, which is always better(at least for me).

Really, the only thing that draws the line between the two phones is the screen size and the phone design itself.

S3 is not the right choice. Look for something more current for the price, even if it is not a flagship.

The stone cannot know why the chisel cleaves it; the iron cannot know why the fire scorches it. When thy life is cleft and scorched, when death and despair leap at thee, beat not thy breast and curse thy evil fate, but thank the Builder for the trials that shape thee.
