CPU Temps While Folding?

My neighbor said he was fine with me folding on his rig.

 

I'm using the Chrome App for now then I'll download the desktop one.

 

His rig has an i5-3330s quad core and no hyperthreading.

It is running integrated so no matter what it'll effect the CPU.

On the Chrome App there is 3 settings Low, Medium, and High.

 

Here are the temps for all modes

 

Low: 45 Celsius Average

 

Medium:  46-48 Celsius Average

 

High:  54 Celsius Average

 

Am I fine if I run High and if so when should I give my CPU a break (if it needs one).

I don't think you would want to do this on someone else's PC. High is ok though.

50 degrees is just fine i assume you are water cooling it? if you ask the cpu has a break point on 85 degrees the max temps that i would recommend for a cpu is 70.
